Character Background: Henrietta Knowby is one of the most memorable Deadite characters from Evil Dead II. She is the wife of Professor Raymond Knowby and mother of Annie Knowby, whose fate becomes closely connected with the supernatural events surrounding the cabin and the Necronomicon.

After becoming possessed by the Kandarian evil, Henrietta transforms into a grotesque Deadite and becomes the terrifying creature imprisoned beneath the cabin.

The character's disturbing transformed appearance and confrontation with Ash have made Henrietta one of the most recognisable creature designs associated with the classic Evil Dead films.
