Orders are typically dispatched within 14 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Your item is not pre-made — it is printed, cleaned, cured, and prepared after purchase

• The 14 working day period covers:

  • Printing time

  • Post-processing (cleaning, curing, support removal)

  • Quality checks and packaging

Once dispatched, delivery time will depend on your selected shipping method and location.

You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

• During busy periods, large orders, or complex models, production may take slightly longer

• Orders may be marked as “dispatched” once production begins to confirm your item is in manufacturing
